Refund & Cancellation policy

Thank you for registering for the webinar on passive income for corporate professionals hosted by '9-5 Escapers Lounge'. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before proceeding with your registration.

Refund Policy:

Full Refunds: Registrants who cancel their registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled webinar date & time will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
Partial Refunds: Registrants who cancel their registration within 24 hours of the scheduled webinar date & time may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee.
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled webinar date & time or for registrants who fail to attend the webinar without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Participant: If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us via email at vijay.inquiries@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled webinar date & time to be eligible for a refund, if applicable.
Cancellation by Organiser: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all registered participants via email at the earliest opportunity. In such cases, registered participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future webinar date or receive a full refund of the registration fee.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please send an email to vijay.inquiries@gmail.com with your full name, registration details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your request.
